AI Transparency

Last updated: 25 October 2026

In short

  • Career Studio uses AI, and you are interacting with an AI system when you use Saanvi AI and the tools.
  • AI guidance can be wrong. You decide what to use.
  • AI never decides for you whether you get an interview or job.
  • We do not use your content to train our own or our providers’ AI models, and we ask providers not to do so. If this changes, we will tell you and ask for your consent where the law requires.

1. Where we use AI

  • AI Resume Builder: suggests wording, structure and keywords, and can rewrite sections of your resume.
  • ATS Resume Scanner: estimates how well your resume matches a job description and how an applicant tracking system may read it.
  • Job Search and Job Match Scanner: ranks job listings against your profile and shows a match percentage.
  • LinkedIn Optimiser: suggests changes to align your profile with the roles you want.
  • Interview Preparation: suggests likely themes for a role and gives feedback on your practice answers.
  • Application Tracker: organises your applications and reminds you of next steps.
  • AI Career Coach and Saanvi AI: use what the tools know about your profile, experience, skills and goals to suggest your next best action.

2. What we send to AI providers

To produce guidance we send relevant parts of your information, such as resume text, job descriptions and your questions, to third party AI service providers. They process it on our instructions under contracts that require them to protect it. We send only what is needed for the task.

3. Training

We do not use your resume, profile or messages to train our own or our providers' AI models, and we ask providers not to do so. If this changes, we will tell you and ask for your consent where the law requires.

4. What AI can and cannot do

  • Scores and match percentages are estimates and insights, not promises. Real employers and applicant tracking systems work differently.
  • AI can make mistakes, miss context, repeat errors or sound more certain than it should be. Please check facts, dates, numbers and names.
  • Please do not use AI output to claim experience or qualifications you do not have.

5. Fairness and human oversight

We design our guidance to focus on skills, experience and the requirements of a role, not on personal characteristics such as gender, age, ethnicity, religion or disability. No decision with legal or similarly significant effect is made about you solely by automated means. You can ask for a person to review any guidance or result by emailing privacy@careerstudio.io.

6. Your choices and reporting problems

You can delete your content or close your account at any time. If you see guidance that seems wrong, unfair or harmful, tell us at hello@careerstudio.io so we can investigate and improve.
